I will try and get some better pics up asap…
I took it down to disc today and i am very very happy with it, i can’t wait to get back out for team training tonight.
It was very solid and stable… I was not able to flex the frame or bars/stem combo, really showed me how much movement my old bike had.
Very smooth and comfortable, it felt like no energy was wasted.
The bars do stick out past the front axle more than 5cm so its not legal for endurance events. (something that may be a issue down the track)
The geometry does sit you well forward I’m already in the back hole on the seat post and i ended up moving my saddle right back today, but i do have long thighs.
It also would of been nice to have a extra 5-10mm in the rear drop outs but thats been picky.
I will be changing to veloflex records as im still not sold on the vittorias pistas.
I may put a all black arione just to neaten the appearance up.
But yes once again I’m very happy i rally would recommend the Easton bars and stem.
nice pun
if you are palping the non evo vittoria pistas, which it appears you are from the photos… they are horrible. might as well be using a vittoria rally. good for outdoor though.
evo pistas on the other hand, sensual on the wooden track
