seems stupid and unnecessary to me.
With that kind of coin you could build a chinese carbon frame with some sram rival or campy veloce and get some nice wheels + some other nice parts and have a sweet road bike, or even buy a complete from a bike shop. Or spend money on a high level track frame and get no benefits as you don’t have the legs or motor to match.
If you rock up to the track with this, you will be known as ‘that guy’…

nobody cares what bike you ride at the track as long as you dont go around telling everyone how awesome you are because of your bike

but I’m going to take rollys advice and continue the search for a road bike… Im looking for a used carbon 54 or 55 frame with a campy group set (prefer record or super record) under $3500 i also do like the look of the sram red too.
