69 is pretty much perfect for street riding. 
flowers and chocolate will also get you 69
It’s all relative and different people ride different ratios, but 69" would be a lot more general-use gearing than 76" unless you’re super-fit. Hipster bonus - lower gearing leads to easier skidding too.
