Looks pretty cool. Anyone know anything about Cicli Zini? Seller (and a quick Google search) seems to indicate they came out of South Africa, but there is a map of Italy on the seat tube, and the frame builder (Gotty Hansen?) was Italian, I believe.

Gotty Hansen is a South African builder of some quality by all reports. He pretty much bought the name off an ex-racer named Paolo Zini when he stopped building, from what I’ve been told. Built out of Jo’burg or Capetown, cant remember which. A few have ended up in Oz via the Saffers bringing them over when they moved across. I liked mine a lot.

Sold it to finance my Gazelle. One of three 501SL bikes I’ve come across. Would buy it back tomorrow if the buyer was going to part with it.
I have some 531 Zini forks on my track bike. Had some similair decals to the listed bike.
I was told they were South African.
