Cinelli Mash brake options worth considering.

I didn’t state I have one anywhere on here, nor did I infer it. What’s “secretly drilled” anyway, is it like it’s drilled but you actually need to do some puncturing to get at the thread? Ha-ha!

You don’t know what a “highball fixed-gear bike” is? Really? What, are you illiterate and you have someone explaining and typing your comments for you? Look up “highball” then look up “fixed-gear” and then, if that is not too much of a strain on your infant brain, look up “machine” and put the definitions together into an understanding which should bring you closer to what I meant by my description. Ha-ha!

^ I don’t even know.

What’s wrong with questioning the world, mate? You are assuming I have the bike before me, actually I only have the specs and the specs state that there’s no brake mount. Hence my question to you.

You see, your reply should have been that your expert knowledge stems from an intimate knowledge of the actual bike, a knowledge where the bike was physically in front of you for long enough that you had the time to inspect its entire characteristics.

Instead, you decided to go for the hissy-fit like some immature kid with a loud energy drink beside him. Next, I envisage, will come the dummy-spit in the form of an abnoxious burp! I never stated I want to run a disc brake, I inferred that a disc-brake is a suitable option for a hair-trigger braking system which is powerful.

Is the person that is helping you by deciphering the words and writing your comments out of the room at the moment?

Ha-ha!

You’ll never get pulled up for NOBR AKES in Sydney. Justdoit.jpg

I didn’t think I get pulled-up for NOH ELMET. Fifty-something dollars later, the fine paid in full, I realized I got pulled up for NOH ELMET. Since I’m not a subscriber to the hugely popular, former “Nike” logo, I’ll go with the braking option, and reject your .jpg item, thanks.

things that confuse me.

highball = drink.
hair triggered braking system.
jerkface moszkowicz
how running a front disc on a fixed gear is an “obvious” solution.
if a “highball fixed-gear machine” is “dependent on a good and proper braking system” why the fuck buy a frame with no brake mounts?

everything about this thread is mind-boggling.

If things confuse you, they confuse you. I don’t know, you may wish to continue being in a state of mind-boggling bliss, and so therefore I’m not entirely convinced that addressing some of your outlined confusion will be a furnishment you would indeed welcome. Enjoy your exclamations, then. To answer your one question, though: If you were to become aware of the geometry and quality of the Cinelli Mash frameset, you would swiftly understand the compromises you would be willing to make, to own this beauty - no brake mounts being one. However, as you might be aware, the brake mounts on this bicycle have simply been painted over. You should pay more attention to what you’re reading, the answer to a part of your question has already been helpfully answered by an early poster.

Ha-ha!

zing!

…You could say you zinged yourself into a hugely satisfying - Bazinga!

i love these threads!

Why would I say that?

If you want “hair trigger braking” you have the wrong frame.

Also, be polite. You came here asking questions and the guys have taken the time to answer them.

This thread is a pile of shit.

successful troll is successful.

Kinda gutted I missed this thread. That guy is a grade-A troll.
