If they’re NOS, $850 doesn’t seem too far over what I’ve seen a nice clean set up go for.

They clearly aren’t NOS. Even if they were only inserted in a frame and not ridde, they aren’t NOS. Hell, to me installing and wrapping the bars means they aren’t NOS.

I have tow sets of 14’s and two badged stems now pretty happy.
$850 is a good buy.
