With that aside look in hard rubbish for a krummy Archer 3sp with coaster, it wont work but at least you wont have spent any money on it.

It’s for a undrilled track frame. The dude wants it as a cruiser, but doesn’t want to clamp or drill it.
suggest they buy a giant instead.

Velosteel JLN. Although try get the older model, not the newer. The old runs normal track cogs & lockrings. I think its a far better system and have used heaps of them on builds for customers. Here’s a velosteel I build into a Hendren track frame.
Or look for an old Favorite, that isn’t in shagged condition.
