Nothing against it in theory but the reality is absolute cruelty and animal mistreatment. Not vegan but wont touch battery farmed products. By all acounts the Civet Cats are kept in appalling conditions (a worthy first-hand source). There’s plenty of other coffee that is rediculously expensive too you know.

What grinder you end up going with? And what coffee are you putting through it?
If you drink white coffee and need to practice your milk texturing, do with water with a drop of detergent in it. Froths the same as milk and much cheaper than using litre upon litre of milk.
