Cycling Cramps

its all about prunes.
one a day, or maybe two depending on the severity.

if its good enough for E. Merckxs its good enough for me.

I used to get the same.
Calf cramps every time.
I put my post down a tiny bit.
Tried to eat and drink more while riding and did a few more stretches before hand.
I found the more long rides i did the less it happened.
Every now and then i can fee that tightness, but i just put it into an easier gear and spin a bit to loosen the legs up - pushing larger gears always did it for me.

Seat too low can also do it, with your foot angled below the pedal spindle. Get the seat height right.

Get a bigger gear, your legs sound like they’re made of slow twitch

I had to ghostie my bike after i got a phat cramp and had no brakes. Luckily the only damage was my snapped wooden handlebars i’d made in woodwork class.
