how did this work out? i was down tassie but left that morning otherwise i would have checked it out…
It went awesome! Pretty small turnout (due to Sunday I reckon), but it was so much fun we’re going to hold a few more. Sick fun to ride, good for drinkin’, and great if people just want to spectate and drink beer. The next one will be on a Saturday night.
Is it just me or using a war memorial for a piss up in bad taste.
It’s just you. It wasn’t a piss-up, it was a fun bike event, and it was on the parade leading up to the memorial, not the memorial itself. I hardly think the soldiers that it’s dedicated to would begrudge us a bit of fun.
