difference between C record and Record

hi, just wondering, as far as hubs go, what is the difference between campag record and C record?

do these look like record or c record?

Those hubs pictured are C Record ‘Sheriff Star’ hubs.
Beautiful looking, but the flanges are fragile. I believe Campag stopped making them because of this reason.
