Yeah you can. You can do it from the admin site.
Search for the user, and select Spam-o-Matic from the drop down list at the top.
That will delete the user, their posts/threads, PMs, families and pets.
It pretty much said “send moneys to rolly@paypal and receive the instructions to riches by email”

The flood of parasites motivated me to look for a better way 
There seems to be a crazy flood of spam at the moment. Do mods want us to click “report post” every time or just ignore them?
I don’t get the report notifications - do any of the other mods?
I don’t either, dunno what’s happened to it. think snowflake & Blakey do still…?
as for whether to report it, it’s probably more an issue if it’s a post rather than a thread, coz they can be missed a lot easier. or if it’s been there for more than a few hours. seems every time I hit new posts there’s more shit to be deleted.
I get the spam reports but don’t bother sending them unless it’s a post in another thread. All the mods are deleting heaps everyday and just waiting for the spam bots to forget about us again…

what I don’t understand is why the anti-spam software we have isn’t catching so many threads that have the exact same title as the hundreds we’ve already deleted & reported to the software… 
Can you add a manual approval step for new accounts?
Nickj has added some extra security measures that seem to be helping I think.
somethin about new users going into a pending subgroup that only gets approval after 3 posts or somethin.
OK well I’m surprised these ‘pending’ users can start threads
not all of them are brand new users I would expect.
also, if you take away the new thread option from new users, legit users may never bother saying hey.
I dunno, balancing act I guess.
