Double Crown track fork, undrilled 170mm steerer

so cut these are 20mm too short for me, maybe someone else here can use them. i <3 double crown forks

hmm…the guy reckons a head tube of about 130mms.

my frame is 150, my current steerer is 190mm.

i should prorbably confirm if the 170mm he quoted includes the threads or not!
