i make it a goal to get away from using IE at work as quickly as possible. working in IT means its possible to get admin access for some reason or another. the nature of my role usually means i end up with all the main browsers installed though.
sadly a few of the in-house systems often require IE, so it gets used once/week for timesheets or similar. its gotten a lot better, but its still a pile of crap compared to its younger brethren (but its foundation is rubbish).
chrome is preferred at work, im still using safari at home (i switch between that and firefox every half-year or so) - i should check chrome out again.

Firefox at work, mostly Opera at home. Tried most of the others mentioned. Didn’t really dig Chrome, maybe I should set it up different.
Firefox at work. Chrome, IE, and Firefox at home (everyone serves a different purpose). Skyfire or standard browser on Android.
