Agree, I like a little originality but this one’s better off starting afresh and needs paint.

They also has some high end stuff, Columbus SL with all Nuovo/Super Record. In any case tubing material matters less than who built it. And with all things Colour matters most … with this the options are endless and the new custodian gets to choose.

My fave colour at the moment is a classic 70’s Alfa Romeo colour that’s not often seen - Prunga Rosso (prune red). Very period, off the wall cool (imo). I don’t think this bike was originally pink as Zoltan mentions … it looks for all the world like a red that has weathered and faded (gone milky) … which is what happens to red.

Anyway, rosso prunga !!!

agreed, ‘weathered’ is probably a better description! but i’d rock it as is… with some shiny fresh parts for contrast.

I’d give it a quick and dirty sand, rattle can it Flat black, highlight the panto’s in pink, slap some guards on for winter commuting. Ride it hard and put it away wet.
