Suzy’s not a frame builder as such. She has built frames for herself but AFAIK not for sale to others. But she’d probably know who’s around in Sydney.
Otherwise, subscribe to the framebuilders list and ask there. There are at least a few Aussies on there who would definitely know.
If you do sign up to that list, be prepared to receive plenty of email, every day.
Yep I probably should’ve said that. Email yes, I think the most I had was 29 in one day!
