ID old lightweight

I have an old reynolds, I’m assuming this origional sticker says 531, 700C wheels, shimano on rear dropout, 6 speed, nice gali components, any clues to what it is, 27.2 seatpost, english BB

British tubing, Japanese drop-outs and Italian components…might be a tricky one!

I’d have a stab at a Raleigh or a Miyata, something mid-range. Those pointy lugs may be your only clue.

I have both British and Aussie made frames (provenance confirmed) with Japanese dropouts (Suntour and Shimano). My gut tells me it’s not going to be so obvious to pick where it was made.
