Italian bitsa

Old Italian 700c road bike from 1960s-70s, no idea what the make is. The old guy who sold it to me gave me a brand new (!) Suntour Superbe headset he had, which is on it - loose bearing packed and silky smooth.

The frame, fork and headset are from the old guy, the rest from ebay: flippped/chopped TTTs, Bianchi hubs, Bianchi 16T, Swiss DT spokes, Velocity Deep-V’s, original aluminium stem and seat post from another bike I had, rubber wears out to often (maybe I should get a brake?), 109 sealed BB, Salsa 43T, el-cheapo 165mm Cyclone G5 cranks (surprisingly stiff), generic saddle and pedals (they always get stuffed when you come off, but are comfy and do the job).

Done on the cheap, so no real bling, but rides like a silent ninja and is a great commuter.

p.s. I left the braze-ons as-is, keeping this one honest.

Cheap is always good and Italian gets the style points.

Nice build there

Looking sharp
