My SE Lager which gets me to and from work each day.
Slowly swapping bits and pieces. So far:
Rolls Saddle
MKS Pedals/Clips
Nitto Drops
Velocity Deep V Wheelset
Miche Cog
Surly Lockring
Crankset will be next.

Have you tried adjusting the bars so that the bottoms of the drops are horizontal? It would look better, but I guess it comes down to whatever’s more comfy for you.
i think Andy said( and it made sense) that the end of the track drops should point at the rear 'break bridge. the rest of his proportion thing mage sense … complamantry angles and stuff.
Thanks for the tips, will give it a crack. Aesthetics are important!
I do tend to ride on the top of the drops a lot of the time as I tend to have a backpack full of laptop/bike lock/lunch/work clothes and find the weight on the back makes getting into the drops a bit uncomfortable. Although when my load is lighter do my best to get down and sprint past the roadies on the Moonee Ponds creek bike path.
Feedback taken on board - I think it looks better so thanks for the tip.
