looking for a work stand is this any good? has any body bought from pushys before?

Good point. I will face this dilemma with my next mtb build…might need to get one of those adaptors like they have for roof-rack bike carriers.

To each their own - just offering an alternative!

I wanted to spend less then 100 bucks so I could spend more on bike parts. No matter what this stand is like its still going to better then building a bike without it

Recently stripped the clamp bolt on my old Torpedo7 cheapy stand, so I’m in the market for a new one. Probably an easy fix, but I’m keen for an upgrade anyway. I generally use my stand, on average: once a week for general maintenance and cleaning; once a month for swapping out parts etc; and three times a year for a frame-up build.

I have been pretty interested in the Park PRS-20 and Tacx T3050. They seem better for doing full frame-up builds without having to take the bike on and off. And also seem better for the carbon road bikes. Taking off the wheel wouldn’t bother me. But it seems to me that they won’t work with full fenders, am I right? If so that’s a dealbreaker. I want something that will do my beardo bikes as well as my weight weenies.

So in that case I’m tending towards the Feedback Pro Elite. But, beyond the three legs and fancy clamp, is it really worth the extra money above say a Park PCS-10? And what about the Feedback Sport; apart from being more stable than the Park it seems the Park has a better clamping mechanism, or is that just bullshit Park-eting?

Get one of these Bicycle Repair Stand I use one everyday for frame-up builds as you say and it has lasted over 18 months.

Cross Bar Adaptors
Part #4488 (2nd one in line) from incomex nearly any bike shop has an account with those guys.

Use in any bike stand, fit’s most bikes as well as you wont damage shiny carbon frames.

Out of those stands listed I’d go the feedback sport, or look into the topeak one. Topeak Workshop Prep Stand Elite | Buy Online | ChainReactionCycles.com

Good quality, has scales. and you might strike it lucky and get it for not a whole lot more than CRC locally.
