Lost ability to respond to classifieds

Trying to reply to an ad in the classified section but it appears as though my permissions have been revoked.

Any possibility of restoring my permissions? I always behave!

is it a wanted ad or a parts for sale ad?

coz no one can reply to parts for sale ads…
