not sure about melb but in general for GG everyone is invited.
however, a few things to note.
- ONLY messengers are eligible to win the flights to CMWC
- only messenger times get posted to the world results page.
and most importantly - the flights donated by TorontoBMA are only available to riders that race in a city that ran a registered GG race LAST year. .
so for brisbane, anyone can ride, anyone can win, but the fastest messenger is the time submitted to try and win the tickets.
