Today I am driving a Land Rover. I cannot reach the roof racks to put my bike on it so I might just put it in the boot.

I generally just drive around with my bike in my boot. And then I catch the tram to work. But today I am going to ride my Pomp to work. POMP!!! And then drive to Lorne to ride bikes tomorrow.

To be perfectly honest, I yell at people on bikes all the time.
Sometimes I’m just so stoked on people riding. I’ve been known to compliment random people on whatever they’re running.
It won’t be long before I’m a proper crazy bike lady.

Whilst on our way to parkbeers, Carole and I saw a guy on a grey Surly-something. Townie bars. Maybe a 1x. Good moustache. T-Level backpack. It then sunk - is this the same Surly riding-T-level wearing guy mentioned earlier?

Ran across the Rooster, Caz, Amy, Charlie and many others in the main peleton of the R2W race a number of times as I detoured to hit more checkpoints with the lead group comprising of Nikcee, BigCee, A-Bird, H-Brad. Lost Jelmer heading the other way on St Georges, Saw MikDee at City Square wrenching on bikes covered in commuter filth and painfully uncaffeinated. Dropped BigCee at the St Ali South non-event, NikCee at Clement, H-Brad at Pony where I ran into Rollyplz, Duggaduggadugga, A-Pain and others, hit up the last checkpoint at Nth Melb Aquatic and rolled into work.
