I’m being a bit optimistic with the price for the blue frame, but it’s not worth my time for any less on eBay, I’d rather keep it under the house.

That sort of wheelbase would be a bit inconvenient tbh. Turning circle would take a bit to get used to as well. Still cool nonetheless. I helped a mate of mine build one like this How to Build a DIY Cargo Bike (Plans available!) - YouTube in steel. I’m keen to try an aluminium one next.
