Occasional Weekend Rides.

HMC and I are riding Mordi return, meeting Fed Square at about 630. I’m just after a recovery roll, so I won’t join you at the boulie beforehand. Next time though.

I’m riding fixed, HMC. 72". Spinning is winning. Anyone keen for an easy roll by the bay is more than welcome to join us.

7.30am meet up for coffee at De Clieu tomorrow followed by a Mt. Pleasant loop for anyone who’s keen. I’m fat and slow at the moment, but there will be some faster guys there, should be something for everyone me thinks.

I will be going for a VERY slow ride tomorrow, two to three hours, in final prep. for the Baw Baw classic.

If anyone wants to ride super slow and drink a coffee or two, by all means come along.

pending family obligations being cancelled, i’m in.

830 Guide Dogs for a TdB loop with the usual suspects. Get on it.

anyone riding Sunday?

a few overseas friends and i are thinking of riding here on sunday. ( Parks Victoria - Woodlands Historic Park ) Nothing crazy, maybe make a loop out of it. bout 80km - 100km all up. Our aim is to see some kangaroos. Buy some food on the way have a ghetto bbq out there and head back. One on a road bike, most fixed, simple nothing fancy, all are welcome.

planning something cool for next sunday Rolly if you are interested, there will be hills, good weather but no dick points or F#$%s given, food and beers at the end.

as in the 14th or 21st? sounds pretty good.

thanks Joey, will keep it in mind. didn’t even know there was a crazy historic park out there!

21st

need more time to suss out the route and make sure everyone is comfortable.

Could be well keen. Got on the roadie for the first time in 3 months today. Feels weird. I don’t want it to feel weird - so, plan on riding till it don’t feel weird, like.

where the hell are you going!!! i’m intrigued… and frightened, definitely frightened.

this is good news, until you stop feeling weird, then i’m sure it’ll just hurt riding with you, just like old times…

call me

Yeah - I’m totes up for not going to fast or nuffin. We should probably have beers afterwards, obviously.

I will be getting some people together for a sunday ride. Start somewhere between 9 and 10am in Richmond, ride to Ora in Kew for coffee, ride mt Pleasant road to Warrandyte bakery for pie, on to Kangaroo ground and back via Eltham/Heidelberg.

Approximate route here

80km or so, fair bit of climbing. Easy pace. Beers to finish.

Good weather for park beers on Sunday.

Anyone back from holidays and wanna do something tomorrow? Sunday is out due to watching the races at aurthurs seat.

I’m keen, would you want to do king lake or 1:20 ?

Anyone riding out to tomorrows stage finish at healesville? I may cruise there on my cross bike via warby trail/don rd.
