Would anyone (or anyone you know) be interested in occupying a CBD retail space for 4 or 5 months?
2 smallish levels, great location, decent rent. Could have a pop-up fixay store… or gallery…or local designer clothing store…??? I dont know but the possibilities are ENDLESS*!!!
