I’ve been interning at the Council for a few months now and there is a black fixie that looks quite “messenger” and has been in the same exact place with a flat front tire for what seems like forever.
Discerning features:

Red Cinelli Unicantor Saddle
HED(?) Tri-Spoke fromt wheel, rear b43
Just wanted to see if there was anything suss, forgotten, or if it’s just been left there for storage, as it seemed a bit odd.

If it’s in the lockup area at the rear of town hall then u should get Cate Owen to send out a message to the bug group or a blanket email to all users. What area are you in in ACC? Plenty of cameras in that area.
