Replaced my Straggler that was pinched a few weeks back, settled on the Kona Sutra LTD 202. Pretty happy so far

2021 that is, obviously.

Nearly hit like, then noticed you weren’t in the picture. Phew, that was a close one.

Took me this long to buy something else. Some sort of record.

Camping the Goldfields track in a couple of weeks. Got me some big boy tyres for the Polyvalent. Teravail Rutland 2.1s.
Hopefully they are adequate

Went and tested them out on some mix of pave and grav. They are surprisingly fast. I’d say faster than the Horizons ive been using, but i dont think thats saying much. Ive been hating the Horizons will not buy again.

New bag came today. Needed something bigger than the 11ltr barley i had. So bought a super C.

Interested to see how the bagman support holds up on some of the gnarlier singletrack on the way to bendigo. Might take it to plenty gorge to test it.

Push comes to shove i can rig up extra supports with some P clamps from the rack to the seat stays…

I never used to use a support. Just a QR system from the back of the saddle, and then strap it to the seatpost with the strap it has there. I did have a rear rack, but the bag barely touched it

That bike’s now got a basket on the back and Lucy rode it to school today

I was just looking for the pic thinking, gee that was a fun bike

Did it get in the way of your legs riding?

My thighs touched it but it wasn’t a bother

New MTB day recently. Just getting this dialled in. Big wheels, big rotors, pie plate cassette (51t)…

Bit muddy on the weekend, so mostly stuck to the fire trails (within 10km of home of course).
