Reverse Rotafix NOT doing the trick

I just have a feeling you’re either turning it the wrong way or you’ve got no muscles.
Is there anyone in your area that can help you?!
Take it to a legit bike shop if you haven’t already.
Was the cog put on with no grease on the threads?

Yeh man, bike shop are gunna get it off for me, $10… I put grease on the threads, dunno why its so rubbish…

Put new cog on this evening… Lockring - NOPE, It engages and starts threading on, then just pops off after like maybe 3/4 turn i’m anticlockwising it… At least i can Rotafix now…

+1 to bench vice.

Wrap your cog in old chain, put it in a vice and crank that shit up as tight as possible.

Then, turn that bitch, get two people to help, perhaps even yank it. This will produce as much force as your regular rotafix but with two people. If that doesn’t help, put on the biggest fucking tyre to add to the leverage.

i have a long piece of pipe i keep just for this purpose. leverage is your friend.
