Cecil Walker in Fitzroy have the trek chronus. It looks and feels amazing. No disc option though which was a surprise.
Is it true the Trek Chronus has been discontinued? If so that sucks as it’s a great bike.
I think it’s the road version of the Cronus that’s no longer available. Probably a bit superfluous with the Modane in the range now.
thats my (simple) understanding, but i believe the old fork has been re-purposed for the modane (but i could be wrong).
If you want an alloy bike, the salsa chilli con crosso is a very nice option. CAADX and SuperX can also be had for pretty good deals at the moment
Kids are indeed spoilt for choice these days. 1500 dollars seems to get you a good bike
Indeed. I’m desperate for a new cx bike and it seems the 1500 mark will get you something pretty sweet. Considering a giant which comes w rival.
