Not just last year, he (with a number of great leadouts from Renshaw) has been pretty awesome in the Giro.
Hushovd has had a pretty good start to the season (3rd in both Paris-Roubaix and Milan-San Remo).
Both Cervelo Test Team and Columbia-Highroad have been looking pretty good this year.
