the frame condition already like this when i bought it and seller said this frame is rossin
it has been restorated and the engraved sealed by paint (campagnolo track end and fork,serial number on bb shell) i try to put all of the frame picture condition perfectly
but, if it is doesn’t enough for you, please do not bid
To me the last line says it all - if he was sure it was a Rossin, he’d say bid with confidence.
