I’m gonna ride Kinglake Sunday if anyone’s keen, details to come. Also if you haven’t done Donna Buang before, I suggest leaving early and heading out through the Yarra Valley, climbing up from healesville and descending into Warby. Then I usually train home from Lillydale.

That would be so awesome Blakey, I don’t think we’ve ever ridden together (other than bumping into each other on our commutes). At this stage I am thinking a gentleman like start time of 9ish at a cafe somewhere in Northcote/Fairfield but I am open to suggestions.
Don’t worry about your wheels, I’ve got my gut to lug around everywhere, and despite my efforts I am yet to find a newer, slimmer version for sale on the bay.
Given the forecast weather (and gene mentioning that his ride is now going to be driving ot and doing repeats of kinglake) i’m more interested your ride.

I’m working Saturday morning but keen to ride the arvo, maybe a Mt. Pleasant loop or something similar, looking to do a good 2-3 hours. Also I think it’s gonna be wet in the morning and then clearing in the afternoon so it may be the optimal time to ride anyway.

Alright, I’m calling a Sunday 9.30 meet up at Bean Counter cafe in Fairfield, if you want to eat get there earlier. We’ll meet at 9.30 for a coffee and then head out which ever way we choose on the morning.
