I quite like this one: http://velospace.org/node/15903
I saw the all chrome, but I think yellow with chrome highlights and no logo/brand will be nice with a Black B43 rear and black deep V front, and some yellow hubs like pictured earlier in the thread.
Maybe one day but I got some motorbike racing to finish off for this year so atm it’s staying like it is.
And without the brake

Fwoar, the B43s look good.
I’ve just bought a yellow 09 Madison too.
They do MiG. I’m likin it a lot more now and yes that was me you met at Sth Morang earlier in the year.
how do you like the cranks?
I actually don’t know any different as it’s my first bike and it came with cranks Brad
ok cool, as you right more and try different cranks you will notice a difference. rad bike tho
very nice. had the blue model of this and ruined it today managed to make a massive mess! dont ask how -.-
Looking good!
I’m a HUGE Schwinn fan, though prefer the older models. I have 4 Schwinn Homegrown mountain bikes atm and am looking for an older Schwinn track bike (like a paramount or something similar) when I can get some funds scraped together. So yeah… I’m impressed!
Whats the Geo like? Morebiased towards track? or street?
Given that the Madison is less twitchy than my Giant CRX3 (flat bar road bike) when riding hands free, I’d say it’s street. Having said that I have absolutely no issues with the response speed, I don’t see the point of road bikes being as twitchy as they are (I haven’t ridden a dedicated track bike so I won’t comment).
I understand your preference for older Schwinns prior to being bought by Pacific Cycles. The paint and joint details are not great for the usual $900 price but I got it for $600 (without pedals).
New Shadow Conspiracy Ravager pedals and BO Gear Strap On’s
Looking real real hot. How are you finding the strap-ons?
Put the strap on’s on this arvo and rode home and they’re freakin awesome. So much more feel thru the pedal which I feel gives me more control.
