Just finished a new build and my singles seem to deflate after 48 hours or so. I’ve spoken to my lbs who glued them on and he seems to think this is ‘common’ and normal for singles…
Can anyone confirm??

Yep that sounds pretty normal if your running a single with a latex inner tube appose to the normal butyl ones. Latex is more porous, hence leeks air faster.
Too easy.
Gees i pumped up some cheap and nasty Giro’s a week before Christmas and they are still holding a decent amount of air.
