Sliding / rocker dropout cx frame

I’m sick of my pompetamine brakes not sitting in the right spot when I’m running SS. I’m looking for a steel CX frame with sliding dropouts like this:

or:

(second one is pref cos derailleur hanger!).

Looking for as cheap as possible cos it’ll be my work bike that I’ll switch between SS and Gears cos I can’t make up my mind about anything.

Prefer 1 1/8th steerer but if there’s a frameset for the right price with tapered steerer I’m also cool with that!

Suggestions?

Get an Exzentriker (for BSA) or a Beer Components EBB (for PF30 or BB30) and any vertical dropout frame of your choice.
