sleep in half an hour and come to planet cycles for a mt cotton loop. pace wont be anything too hard, only bike time i’ve had in the past two weeks is commuting.
Think i’ll just hit mt gravatt to test the legs out. Doing the oxfam 100km walk in three weeks, so need to get more hiking in. Hope the rain holds back.
gl dude, i did it back in melbourne 5 years ago and it was fkn tough. But the training was very enjoyable though.
cancelled with vaeske last night, slept in an extra hour and woke to find msg on phone:

so i met vaeske at gear at around 7:30 for a half loop: gear / go between bridge / coro dr / st lucia green bridge / pa hospital / pacific m’way bike path to southbank / back to gear / coffee at the little yellow shop next to uber.
nice ride, not much traffic at all, esp. on the coro dr section. pretty latte in an irish coffee glass.

Cheers mate, the route this year is pretty tough. Did a training walk last weekend around Mt Glorious, spent 5 hours going up and down these bastard hills. Rolled out of bed the next morning and was sore… I only got asked to do the event two weeks ago and its on the 15th of June.
