Aye, Iāve seen two separate roll-overs with kids in trailers - both were fairly ugly and not hilarious. Kids without helmets in bike trailers should be illegal or something
Front brake needs new pads, so canāt use it, brake actuator arm hits the cable clamp bolt before the pads clamp onto the disc enough to be effective, had planned on buying new pads in the afternoon when I could get out to a bike shop. And the rear works fine.
This morning I went out with Maaike to get a haircut and grab some Mothers Day stuff.
When we got home the rear brakes went pop and stopped working while rolling down the front path to the house while Maaike was in the trailer behind me.
Managed to stop the bike before it went to shit. Unclipped, foot dragged, hand rail grabbed.
Found out afterwards what happened when I went to adjust the brakes and found this.
Found the missing bit of brake pad out on the path.
Fun times.
Replacement pads were sourced this arvo (as previously planned) and now both front and rear brakes work.
Canāt wit til next month and I can pick up some M8000 XTās.

Mondayās funtimes OTB left the Wolverine looking like this.
Today I did a bit of running around and put the new fork on.
Need to clip the rear brake hose back down to the top tube at the first clip. Lost the plastic clip somewhere between the OTB and today. Could be in the back of the car.
When putting everything back together today I realised the rack bolt that had come loose was a M6 and I donāt have any spares, which means I must have reused the nut a couple of times. Possible explanation as to why the nut came loose.
""We are just about sold out of Wolverines. The next batch is due, optimistically, late August, but probably not until early September. These Wolverines will be the Wolverine 1.2; having a reinforcement bridge between the seat and chain stays as well as reinforced chain stays. The rare incidences of dropout problems will be eliminated with the 1.2. Hope you can wait for them!

This is 3rd hand info at best so take from it what you will
1.0 The original one that was reviewed/written about, had split dropouts - lasted about 5 seconds and didnāt make it to the market as it wasnāt strong enough to be approved by Gates to run their belt drive.
1.1 Brought to market with a split seat stay and has āCarbon Drive TM Compatibleā sticker on the NDS chainstay. What I had and have.
1.2 added in matte black as a paint option, Iām not aware of any build changes in this iteration.
1.3 the new rumour build.
