I’m probably the worst person to try & explain what it’s like!
I like it. Reynolds 853 tubing, can’t really go wrong. I’ve got mine built with dura ace C24’s & SRAM red, but it started out with shimano 600 & fulcrum 7’s. obviously a bit nicer now 
it does what I want it to & weighs under 10kgs if that matters to you.
I’ve not ridden many other road bikes in order to compare I’m afraid.
