hey guys,
whats your thoughts on the Torro track frame from Tenfour
since i saw the red one at knog i have been hooked.
i have seen another white one rolling down Chaple St, but i think it might be the taiwanese nock-off.
how do they ride n stuff
are they worth the dough
apart from the fact that they look farkingg gangsta…
cheers
tommy
PS
does anyone have a supreme p 5 panel, or a few, they will sell me.
or know were i can get one in melbs
bought one in nyc 2 years ago but i literally loved it to death
i bought a torro about three months ago. i expect it to turn up in the next 9 months. the dude in poland is off he’s head, once you’ve given him the money he doesn’t care about you, if he ever replies to an email he just says he sent it. even though you know he didn’t.
user sprayyabike waited over a year for his. i do know of a place that will make them with custom geo cheaper and quicker but i think there’s already enough in melbourne
that is sam henry’s… i think, anyway. that was one of the sprayyabike frame. the story goes, it took so long to get here he gave up and didn’t want it when it got here. or somethinglikethat.
that photo gives you a good idea of how awesome the toe overlap is

so im guessing they are a no go zone then
geez
i was getting exited to buying one
really disappointed now actually … not going to lie
but i guess it’s good i found this out now
any other suggestions for sorta similar types of frames
is there not a few others that look similar
don’t be disappointed, the bike is probably the stupidest designed frame i’ve ever seen, and definitely the stupidest designed frame i’ve ever ridden. as tomhall said, the guy is a nightmare to deal with, you’ll be waiting a year to get it and once you get it the toe overlap will make you wish you’d never seen it.
an absolute triumph of style over substance.
go to Someday if you want a supreme cap
Don’t buy from this guy, you’ll loose your money! I was stupid enough to order and pay for some frames for my shop, after Jamie from Sprayyabike had a good experience with his first order. He keeps promising me things and I’m still waiting since January…
yeh it seems it’s a fail
definitely not forking out 500 for a indefinite frame
especially for one which may take 12 moths to turn up
what is your store
i might come a see them if they ever arrive
n said “what’s the actual geometry on those bad boys?”.
It looks like there is no information available on the web about the geometry. The Dodici website simply says “super aggressive, for the rider that wants to have something different from the rest, pure racing body position as on time trial frames”. However, look at the last post by ‘coppi’ on the ‘Dodici Frame’ thread of the ‘Tarckbike’ forum (see: Dodici Frame. | Tarckbike.com ), which gives some interesting views on the frame, and which ends with the words “someone should buy one of these and review it”. Any takers?
hesitant to accept other peoples notions of “agressive” geometry until I see angles. Listened to too many douchebags describes frames and/or forks as aggressive and they turn out to be slower turning than a fuking downhill rig
