I didn’t get the XI’s, but from what I’ve heard from everyone they are really hyped on them. They look to be better finished than the III’s I got a couple months ago.
Playing for a team called Literati. A friend played a few 2on2 pick up games with one of the guys who asked for him to play and I volunteered myself.
I guess you’re playing Wed then? We’re on tuesday and there is no Literati in our league.

Went to my first game last night.
Turns out my girlfriend works with the girl who is in charge of the season ticket holders so we got half price tickets about 10 rows behind the basket, then she moved us to mid-court 6 rows back after a quarter.
$160 tickets for $40 in the end.
Only shame was it was Celtics v Nets and Boston never looked like losing. The whole thing is fun as hell though.

They had to give up Monta Ellis to get him though… Im not sure I like that, but that team needs a proper centre.

Started a new season a couple weeks back and went down by 1 and we held possession for the last 30seconds. The two guys in our team that have great mid range jump shots both missed their shots to win, which was pretty disappointing.
I missed the game last week because I was away, looking forward to this week.
We are getting new uniforms, which are more than required, so once we get those it’ll be time to find some new shoes that match! I was in at Nike yesterday and the Lebron 9’s come in every colour under the sun! I tried on a pair of Jordan 2012 as they had black/red. Very wide fit in the toes and fore foot, could suit those with wider feet if anyone is looking for a pair.

playoffs are messed up. dwight howard out, derrick rose out, artest suspended for the first round, rondo suspended for his next game. also bogut will miss the olympics for australia due to a surgery i think? damn.
some good games happening too, dallas/oklahoma was great, and the clippers came back from 27 points down to beat memphis by a point, which was kind of surreal to watch.
