I think that this is a crock of shit.
It’s two pieces of carbon sheet, with a huge premium put on it, and an ineffective design which looks bad and offers little or no extra functionality over not having it at all, or a carabiner.
It would be awkward with odd sized keys, and getting smaller keys out (like mailbox) or d’lock keys would take up a tonne of room and i doubt anyone has a perfect alotment of keys of the same type and size, and if they did, it would be nigh impossible to find the right one.

This is mad, can see Nike and alike putting out a sweet time lapse runner through New York with one of these. How do you suppose you get the person holding the stick out of the shot? That would be some heave photoshop to remove and replace the background…. am I missing the obvious?
You are kind of missing the obvious… Have you ever played around with time lapse photography? Its fun and you can get some good results.
Mmmmm OK and nah haven’t played apart from the odd go pro time lapse. I can see how if the beam is vertical on a stand and you take a heap of shots and collate them its easy but if your doing the long open shudder exposure you gonna be in the shot right??
Disclaimer: I’ve got a new born and am not really sleeping - excuse my brain 
if you’re taking a really long exposure, anything moving in the back ground kinda disappears anyway as it’s not static enough for the camera to capture properly. if you were doing this all dressed in black or whatever you’d fine I’d say. in the video where the dude writes something to explain it, he’s hardly visible in the end result…
I’m sure someone can explain the process better though!
