the swiss national team will get a bunch of these for free and a few american mamils will buy them but thats going to be about it
bmc will not get a good ROI here

yeh, id say price is gonna be a major barrier, kind of explains why you hardly ever see the older model BMC track frames.
The alu version might change that though, if they price it right. Even if its slightly more then whats on offer for off the shelf frames.
3.5k for an aluminium off the shelf bike… This seems slightly unreasonable
Hmm nice bike but 3.5k is a little steep. That’s about 2k more than an Avanti Pista Pro or similar off the rack alu track. I’d rather have a made to measure steel or Fuji carbon for that coin
at least they arent runnning pointlessly deep ‘track sprint’ drops with 44cm width… unlike most of the other brands of off the shelf track bikes
yeah there’s nice, and then there’s nice if you’ve got the coin.
It looks like a Langster but they are only $2000 the extra $1500 would buy a nice disc.
I do like the carbon one though but it will be priced the same as BT and Look and i know what i would buy.
You could get a totally hipstered-out MASH Vigorelli for that kinda money!
What’s a look 464 worth?
EUR6000 rrp… damn.
3.5k for an alu track bike?! What the fuck are they on over there…
Mostly epo and chocolate.
Close to $900 for the frame and fork, rides like the price.
3.5k would buy a used BT which would be soooo much better!
I think bike force docklands has one for about $1500 with dura ace. Looks really good
complete? if so that seems pretty good
yeah complete, dura ace hubs and cranks at least. it was on special save like 300 or something. The top tube is a bit funky but looks ok. ah sorry about reviving a 2 month old thread too.
That’s crazy pricing for an aluminium bike.
