Just finished season 1 of The Newsroom, started season 2 last night. Jeff Daniels is pretty good. Alison Pill is pretty good too.
I just came in here to say this. Been on a Huge Arron Sorkin binge recently. Started with Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip which is ace but only got 1 season. I’ve watched The West Wing a number of times and am starting again. He just had some of the best fast paced, witty, back-and-forth dialogue in the business.
And all of his pilot episodes have the same formula which is fun to see
