Thickslicks in wet conditions??

Look at grabbing myself some thickslicks for the townie. Do any of the users know if they have any good grip for wet roads during winter or in any conditions??

I rode on em for six years as a courier. Only one misshap on road, but go martin place, pitt st mall or grass in rain, your in for some interesting traction.

had 'em for a year and was well chuffed.
Tram tracks were a hoot in the wet though…
But I never really had any issues.
