Couldn’t say for certain, but the cranks look like either Victory or Triumphe. If so, hang onto the chainrings because they’re 116bcd and trick to come by.
Cheers, Just ‘googled’ those models and they look very similar. Which one outta victory or triomphe i don’t know but its def’s one of them.
Love those things. Just make sure you use the right size seatpost 
Triomphe cranks had dead straight arms, Victory cranks had slightly angled arms.
