Is it an aero sleeve you can insert a normal round post into, or integrated with a topper? I can’t tell.

^^^ My ciocc roadie had a similar design for the seat tube, also made of aluminium. It split (cracked) on both sides down the seat tube after 2 years.
Also, no one post photos of the Sarto that won NAHBS, its awful.

Only on the now superseded stealth though right? The blade and the edge both have aero posts now, and they are straight up fire!
If you were short enough you could just saw the tube, get someone to 3d print a topper and have a really nice bike. They’ve definitely gone out of their way to not run that post up out of that tube in the photo, because they know it looks like shit.
The Stealth is old but still in the line up and available for purchase.
