wheel sizing

hey all

iā€™m kind of new to this, and am wondering about wheel sizing. Im about 6ā€™4, so what size is best for me? does it matter? does it depend at all on the frame, or any other parts? im currently after a fixed back wheel for my 59cm frame.
any help would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

700c. easiest to find, best tyre choice, everyone has a spare tube in their bag.
