to classical, there are a ton of decent wheels out there, but a decent velocity/H+Son/mavic/Phil wood etc build will be pretty bombproof. my advice would be to look through the “post your ride” section, find something you like the look of and see what the budget allows. you could also use the search function up the top & see what you come up with.
in time you’ll have access to the trading section, wheels go for sale there all the time.
