Who on the forum do you wish you were for a day (or week)...

Interesting little tidbit in the life of me.

My grandfathers name is William… my pops name is Edward.
Bill is short for William and Ted is short for Edward.

So both my grandpa and pop are Bill and Ted.

… Now as you were gentlemen.

Excellent!

In a similar vein.
My initials are G.J.P.R.
Can anyone guess who my parents were mad for in the mid 60’s?

Oh, back on topic, Blakey.
He knows so much stuff about bikes that I didn’t even have a clue I didn’t know.
…but not in a showy Spirito way…
Sorry Spirito.

And they were time travelers, hmmmm…

Seeing as I don’t know most of you very well (at all) I wish I were the member with the biggest mudguards for all this week.

Failing that, I’d like to have spirito’s great thread starting abilities for a day

I’ll be captain obvious and say the liked the beatles

yep, thank you captain obvious.

Mr Dylan

You know that’s Wayne and Garth (and not Bill & Ted) in that photo, right?

Anyway, I’d want to be someone who was a good cyclist: Lane or Brendan or someone? Maybe a good climber? Or even a FGFS’er - DeeCee? Or a sick BMX’er?

Either way, it’d be nice to ride a bike really well for a day.

DeeCee is a good choice… Bust some mad trickz, get some free sneakers, then go spin some tunes and get free drinks!

Hahaha thanks for the 10 year age credit gene!

this rules.

Happy Birthday young feller and welcome to MMAS4 .

I gave up wanting to be other people some time ago but in a New York minute I’d go back to being 45 again.

Or I’d be Dylan.

CC

Now I am going to ride home drunk. Last time I rode home drunk I put one too many Beroccas in my bidon. That shit stings when it goes up your nose and in your eye.

that’s pretty much spot on.

and rolly, there were no pics of mckenny in that album!

also, i’d pick spirito, for the knowledge

after today i wish i was kiwicyclist aka stu, the receptionist on his floor was hot!! haha

Hahaha, what a fuuuuuuuucking fail on my part! hahaha. I’m gonna punch myself in the balls.

theres some of the handsome devil in here:

fyxo - Cycling culture distractions - track disease - singlespeed/ fixed chainrings. Eddy Merckx, Colnago, Italian marque frames and Campagnolo period hardware. Wedding and commercial photography. | fyxomatosis

Stu, you don’t look a day over 35!

You must mean the other one.
